Join the 'Community Inclusion and Interpreter Support Project'

Deaf and hard of hearing people can have Auslan interpreters and other support to join clubs, organisations, committees or do something like a course at a Neighbourhood House.
Gippsland Deaf can have Auslan interpreting for each person to help be included in a club, organisation or committee.

The proposed forming of IT engineering/computer group for interested Deaf

It would be ideal to form the group for all interested Deaf with different walks of like, various levels, backgrounds and etc to come and meet together, to share some ideas, knowledge and updated skills, also for some of Deaf who may be students with networking, web programming, computer maintenance and other IT courses to come and discuss on how to overcome the difficulties and other subjects which would be too complicated. Hip Hop Dance Workshops

Learn to dance hip hop!
When: From Monday 15 March and onwards
Time: 5.00 pm
Where: The Space, 318 Chapel Street, Prahran (the front door is on Carlton St on the corner and walk upstairs)
Cost: $8 per class
DEMI from TV 'So You Think You Can Dance' in 2008 will teach you how to: break dancing, poppin, lockin, krumping and many more hip hop!

Deaf Presbyterian Church

service by Rev Tony Salisbury who is profoundly Deaf and he is the ordained deaf minister of the church, the first ordained deaf minister in Victoria.

St Stephen’s Presbyterian Church in Surrey Hills, corner of Warrigal Road and Canterbury Road.

The whole service is in Sign Language.

After the service, there is tea, coffee and biscuits/cake available including ‘chats’ during the afternoon tea.
