Free Family Auslan Classes at Melbourne Museum

This four-week course is aimed at parents of deaf or hard of hearing children who wish to improve their Auslan skills as a family.

Melbourne Museum’s Children’s Gallery is a fun and engaging space full of examples of colour, shape, texture and animals; perfect for teaching Auslan!

In our practical and fun classes you will learn how to communicate visually. You will also learn useful conversational signs, fingerspelling, Auslan structure and the importance of body language, hand movement and facial expression.
